Balance Trainer Support and Account Deletion

Balance Trainer: Stop Falls is an educational exercise library from Drawdown Brands LLC. For help with the app, a content issue or a privacy request, email matthewhornenegro@gmail.com. Please include your device type, app version and a short description. Do not send passwords or medical records.

Delete Your Balance Account in the App

Open Your account, sign in, and choose Delete my account. Confirm your identity when requested. This deletes your Balance Firebase authentication account and clears local Balance records on that device. It does not delete your Google or Apple account, records on another device, or data processed by YouTube.

Request Account Deletion Without the App

Email matthewhornenegro@gmail.com with the subject Balance account deletion and the email used to sign in to Balance. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Never send your password. This request applies only to your Balance account, not to accounts in other Drawdown Brands apps.

Clear Local Records

You can use Balance without an account. To remove saved exercises, recently opened resources, practice records and checklist choices, open About and your data and choose Clear my local data. These records are stored on your device and do not sync with your account. Remove them on each device where you used the app. Device backups may retain earlier data according to your settings.

Retention and Third Party Data

Account deletion removes the Balance authentication account. Providers may retain limited security or legal records under their retention policies. Information processed by YouTube, Google or Apple is governed by those providers' policies and account controls. Balance does not operate a subscription in this version.

Exercise and Urgent Help

Balance is not a medical service and cannot respond to emergencies. Ask a doctor or physiotherapist about exercise suitability. For urgent symptoms or a serious fall, contact local emergency services.
